Potty Products and Products to Wag About Selection of Winner
One (1), Two (2), or Three (3) (depending on amount of products given away). Winner(s) will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing held on or about 7/7/16 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible Entries received.
On the Go Selection of Winner
One (1), Two (2), or Three (3) (depending on amount of products given away). Winner(s) will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing held on or about 9/6/16 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible Entries received.
Potty Products and Products to Wag About Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified on or about 7/14/16 via the address [email] or phone number they provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the email is undeliverable (sent 3X over 5 days), if entrant is ineligible or does not accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner’s name, city and state where winner is located and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
On the Go Winner Notification

Prizes
The prizes to be awarded and the approximate retail value (“ARV”) will be disclosed on the Potty Roundup and On the Go products pages. Winners are responsible for any taxes on prize. No substitution or cash equivalent permitted, except by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable. Limit: 1 prize per person/household.
Conditions
Entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrants release, defend and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability whatsoever against Sponsor arising out of Entrant’s participation or use of a prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for any error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaways or the announcement of any prize or in the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing the Giveaways by any event beyond its control. Entries that have been tampered with, altered or generated by an automated device are void.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible entries or delay, error or interruption in transmission of Entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry or terminate the Giveaways if it becomes technically corrupted and/or select winners from among all eligible Entries received prior to termination.
Any and all claims in connection with the Giveaways must be brought in a court within the State of Delaware and the all disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
