Camels and Friends is back with yet another irresistibly adorable video. As the name suggests, Camels and Friends is home to a menagerie of animals, ranging from the hoofed and the humped to the long-tailed and barking. Pancake the cat made his debut in a video with Sugar Tree the Doberman, which featured the two play-fighting. At the time, Pancake was a smaller kitten, and though Sugar Tree could have easily chomped him with one snap of her paws, she was as gentle as a lamb (not surprisingly, Camels and Friends includes an actual lamb).
We were also introduced to Cantaloupe the Italian Greyhound when a secret camera caught the bouncy little dog in the act of nicking things off his human’s desk.
In this new footage, the cat and the little Greyhound engage in a round of play fighting — Pancake sure is fearless! Cantaloupe, however, is more Pancake’s size, and it’s amusing to watch the cat sit calmly as the dog barks in excitement. Pancake initiates the game by crouching down and then springing after Cantaloupe, and the Iggy heartily accepts the invitation.
Our favorite part is at the 30-second mark, where we get to watch Cantaloupe from Pancake’s point of view. While the hound barks and wiggles, Pancake sits, his tail switching ever so slightly. Our second favorite part is at 48 seconds, when Cantaloupe places a slobbering dog kiss on Pancake’s cheek and you can almost hear the cat gag in response.
