This dog is so excited for her human friend to come home that she simply cannot contain her excitement.

Ever notice how among all the cars that pass by on the street, a dog seems to know exactly which one signals the return of her favorite human? And then she rushes to the door with boundless anticipation — just like this little dog does! Doesn’t it feel good to know that you’ve got a friend like this waiting for you at home?

But this particular pup takes her excited greeting to the extreme by jumping up and down on the couch by the window. There must be some serious springs in that chair, because this little doggie is getting some serious air. Nor does she seem to ever tire out … she could jump and jump and jump her human’s entire one-block walk to the door!

My family dog, Tobu, seems to intuitively know when one of his humans is coming … even if they haven’t been to the house in a while. I don’t live there anymore, but whenever I visit he’s at the door waiting for me, wagging his tail and showing me his new favorite plush toy. Aren’t dogs the best?
