Last week, the Internet collectively fanned itself after the viral video First Kiss hit YouTube. In it, filmmaker Tatia Pilieva matched up 20 pairs of strangers and asked them to kiss. Have you been asked to make out with someone you just met? Things go from awkward to verrrry comfortable in a matter of seconds (or sometimes they just stay awkward).

Well, that was fun. How are you feeling? Do you need to quietly stare out a window for a few minutes? You should know that the video was later revealed to be an ad — for clothes. And the people involved were actors and models, who are used to doing stuff like kissing and being intimate with strangers. The Internet turned on the video at that point, going from rapture to meh.
As Slate writes, “Is it really unexpectedly touching that when gorgeous and charismatic Italian models, French actors, indie band leaders, and Hollywood royalty get together to kiss one another … the results are ‘beautiful?'”
But there has been one thing about First Kiss that is honestly beautiful: The parody videos. And the best one we’ve seen also stars insanely cute and adorable beings — dogs, it includes dogs. Big ones, little ones, furry ones, happy ones, tentative ones, all meeting for the first time. And when they finally kiss, or rather sniff an ass or some genitals, your heart with melt.
