If, like me, you are a lover of vintage dog ephemera and like sneaking them into your wardrobe and home decor, you’ll find Growler London’s online shop to be a virtual treasure trove. The Growler hounds are expert curators, and the best way to keep up with their latest finds is to follow them on Facebook. They also have a lovely selection of dog art and dog-themed human clothing.

Here are some of my top picks from their vintage shop:

Above: A set of darling Scottie cufflinks from the 1950s.

A selection of vintage dog figurines. From left to right: Black metal Scottie dog from the 50s, Hubley Fox Terrier paperweight from the 40s, a metal Pointer figure, and a Basset Hound figurine, both from the ’50s.

My favorite of the lot is this ‘50s matchbook holder, which features a Melox dog food advertisement and a black and white dog in enamel.

Growler has a good variety of dog-themed hat pins. This particular assortment caught my eye.

Another fast favorite is this Lucky Dog keychain from the ’60s, which comes with an instruction card that tells you the dog’s mouth is supposed to hold your car key, while the chain at her neck keeps the rest.

Do bookmark Growler, and check back for new finds.
