In celebrity dog news this week, Lady Gaga took her French Bulldog surfing. Let’s take a look:
Nice form! A tandem ride. Gaga is positioned nicely on the board, she seems to be wearing a ski hat, and Asia the dog is hanging 10 and seems to be questioning what the hell she’s doing there, like all serious surfers do at some point. Fortunately, Gaga and her dog appear to be surfing in a bay, where waves do not occur, so there’s little chance of actual surfing happening where they are surfing, which is best for all involved.

Jokes aside — unless we can think of some more — Gaga appears to be a fine dog owner, using her Instagram to document her life with her Asia, who seems to go everywhere the performer goes. (And yes, we know that French Bulldogs don’t make the best swimmers, but we believe that Gaga would be right on it if anything went wrong — and we’ll bet anyone $2 that she has a veterinarian in her entourage.)
