Meghan Lawson’s passion for photography was founded on her passion for animal welfare. She started her career by taking photos of pets for animal rescue groups, and she said it’s still her favorite work to do. Today, she is the owner of Two Red Dogs Photography based out of Kingston, Washington.
“My husband and I foster and volunteer for local animal rescues. To be able to help animals in need makes our lives whole,” Meghan said. “Nothing makes me happier than posting a photo of an animal that catches someone’s attention. The more people who pause to read about a homeless animal, even if they are unable to adopt that animal, the better. I believe education and awareness are two key things that will help us reduce the amount of homeless pets.”
