With August upon us, it’s time to start thinking about next year. (We know! It went so fast!) And what better way to plan for the new year than with classy pinups and adorable Pit Bulls? The 2013 Pinups for Pitbulls calendar has them both.
With shooting by esteemed pinup photographer Celeste Giuliano recently completed, the calendar promises cute and retro images to help spice up the year. Featuring 14 Norman Rockwell- and Bill Elvgren-inspired images, many of the photos feature the models’ own pets, and when a model didn’t have a canine companion to pose with, Pinups for Pitbulls was able to showcase pups from the Street Tails Animal Rescue in Philadelphia. The result is a calendar that you’ll be proud to display on your wall, both for the quality of its images and for its contribution to the welfare of dogs often discriminated against. Everyone wins!
