Besides you, what’s the other thing your dog loves most? Food! That’s what — glorious, delicious food! Admittedly, there are some dogs who are picky, slow eaters … but we’ve never met those dogs. Dogs are delightful hedonists and they love to eat, so we’re amazed to watch this trio of patient and devout doggies wait through grace before they eat dinner.

In their prayers, the dogs ask to grow up to be big and strong (looks like that’s working!), to not chase any cars (a real temptation, that one), and to not get into any fights with the neighbors (love thy neighbor, after all — even if he’s a cat). Just look at them waiting … they look like precious little angels! Once “Amen” is uttered, however, the dogs dive right in. After sitting through all that human gibberish, we bet those hounds are happy to eat.

Training dogs to wait to eat is a good habit to form, but we’ve never seen anyone take it to this level.
