Looking for something exciting to do tonight in New York City? Look no further.

Tonight, from 6.30 to 10, the very stylishshelter Animal Haven is hosting a fundraiser masterminded by some very stylish peoplewho know instinctively that adopting a dog or cat is the most stylish thing you can do.

The event is called Help by Design, and one of the chairs is none other than Dogster designer John Bartlett, who has enlisted the starpowerof his celebrity friends, including Dogster actor Alan Cumming.

The event promises champagne, hors d’oeuvres, and a silent auction of carefully selected luxury and fashion items. Proceeds from the event will benefit Animal Haven and its efforts to find homes for abandoned cats and dogs in the Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut).
