Now this is a truly inspiring story.

Meet Roosevelt, who, like his namesake, needs assistance to get around.

But that doesn’t stop the Border Collie mix from being all wags and smiles everyday of his lucky life!

A rescue, Roosevelt was born with malformed front legs. Believing that “If you had a child with a disability you’d try to enrich them, give them opportunities. So why not do the same with a dog?” his owner, Stephanie Fox, had Roosevelt outfitted with a custom wheeled cart by Eddie’s Wheels.

Now Roosevelt can run with the best of them and enjoy a full, happy life instead of being put to sleep for his disabilities.

We love the way Roosevelt is unfazed by his handicap.

We should all take a page from his book next time we encounter a seemingly impossible obstacle, and remember that we have the power to overcome almost anything.
