If San Francisco Giants’ star catcher Buster Posey hadn’t already been sidelined for the season, I’d say he’d better watch his back: The beagle in this adorable video might give him a run for his money.
Purin, who hails from Japan’s Kanagawa prefecture, doesn’t catch balls the traditional dog way, but with her “hands.” She seems to enjoy it, and her owner/trainer in the background sounds like a very kindly cheerleader. Apparently Purin has also been trained to block a faux Ninja sword. She can probably also knit, crochet, and take apart a car engine in record time, but I haven’t seen those videos yet.
