As of July 1, wineries, breweries and distilleries in Virginia are allowed to welcome dogs into their tasting rooms, thanks to a bill signed into law by Governor Ralph Northam.

The new law does not require all facilities to open their doors to dogs but gives them the option to do so if they so choose.
