I’m a big fan of The Honest Kitchen. The company uses human-grade, whole foods in its products, donates a portion of its profits each month to a different animal-welfare organization, and works to reduce its environmental paw print through eco-friendly ingredients, production methods, packaging, and business practices.
The Honest Kitchen has generously offered up three prize packs as this week’s Friday Freebie. Each winner will get one box of Pecks treats, one box of Beams treats, one box of Pro Bloom instant goat’s milk, and one box of Keen dehydrated food.
Each Pecks box contains eight ounces of bite-size buffalo and blueberry treats. I regularly use these in training sessions with my dogs, Spot and Dolly. The pups love the taste, and I like the small size.
The Beams box includes four ounces of Icelandic catfish skins. If you give your dog bully sticks or other body-part chews, I highly recommend switching to these. Not only do they smell better, but they are healthier — yay for Omega 3 essential fatty acids! — and last longer (with Spot and Dolly anyway).
The box of Pro Bloom comes with 16 half-ounce pouches for a total of 16 cups of goat’s milk. Why goat’s milk, you ask? It makes a healthy liquid treat, adds moisture to kibble, and can be used to hydrate the company’s food. Pro Bloom also contains probiotics and digestive enzymes — all good stuff.
Keen comes in a variety of sizes, but the prize pack will include a two-pound box of the dehydrated food. Made with cage-free turkey, low-gluten oats, carrots, and cabbage, it suits all dogs but especially those who do not tolerate food with chicken, beef, eggs, or fish.
For the chance to win one of the three prize packs, simply follow the instructions below.

Or take over a sibling’s bed after she most certainly called a “seat save”? Bonus points for photos! Our favorite photos/comments win. You must be a U.S. resident to win.
